How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and ship via standard carrier service. Delivery timelines vary by destination; you'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
What's your return policy?
If a case arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. For change-of-mind returns, contact us within the return window noted on your order confirmation.
What's the warranty on Wrought cases?
2 years against material defects (not physical abuse). When you upgrade phones, remaining warranty transfers to a 30%-off replacement case in your new size. Full terms are on the warranty page.
Which phones do you support?
Every case in the collection is available in 8 device sizes: iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Pro Max, iPhone 17 Pro Max, Galaxy S24, Galaxy S25, and Galaxy S24 Ultra. Select your device on any product page before adding to cart.
How do I care for a leather case?
Wipe down with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth as needed. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight and heat, which can dry out and crack leather faster than normal use. Darkening and softening over time is expected material behavior, not damage.
How do I care for a metal-finish case?
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, which can alter the brushed or textured finish. Some surface development (patina, small marks from handling) is expected and part of the material's character.
How do I care for a wood or stone-finish case?
Wipe clean with a dry cloth. Avoid submerging in water or prolonged moisture exposure. Grain and texture will show more character with use — that's the material aging normally, not a flaw.
Do you offer real customer reviews?
